Beef Brisket: Kim Trulaske

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:
3-4 lbs of beef brisket, cleaned of all fat
4-8 c beef broth (enough to almost cover brisket)
1 white onion cut into quarters
1 tablespoon William Sonoma Veal Demi-Glaze
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1.  Preheat oven to 325.

2.  Put all ingredients in a baking pan and cover.  Cook at 325 for 3 hours.

3.  Remove brisket and let cool.  Slice against the grant and put back in juice in oven for 1 more hour at 250.

4.  Serve with mash potatoes or noodles or rice.  Should be tender.
