Shrimp Scampi: Paula Lewis

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp pepper
4 tablespoon chopped parsley
6 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c olive oil
2 lbs cleaned raw shrimp

Instructions:
1.  Mix all ingredients except shrimp.

2.  Put mixture and shrimp in plastic bag or container and marinate in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

3.  Pour all into baking dish and broil for just 10 minutes.

4.  Serve over rice or pasta with salad and country bread.
