Stuffed Mushrooms: Ryan Duebner

Ingredients:
1 package of whole mushrooms
1/4 of a small red onion
2 tablespoons butter
8 tablespoons bread crumbs
1/4 c of cheese
white wine
1 teaspoon garlic

Instructions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350.  Wash mushrooms, remove stems, then dice stems.

2.  Bake mushroom tops, dome side up, for 10 minutes at 350 on a rack so moisture can drain.

3.  Saute mushroom stems, diced red onions, garlic, butter, and breadcrumbs and a dash of white wine until golden brown.

4.  Add cheese to sauteed mushroom stems and stir until melted.  (NOTE: if too dry, add more butter, if too wet, add breadcrumbs)

5.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Then put sauteed stems into mushroom tops and serve.
