Steamed Mussels with Bleu Cheese

Ingredients:
2 lbs mussels (for dinner for two)
1 shallot
1 bundle green onions
blue cheese crumbles

NOTE: you need a steamer for this recipe

Instructions: 


1.  Fill bottom of steamer about 1/3-1/2 full of water.  Place mussels in steamer.

2.  Chop the shallot and green onions and sprinkle on the mussels.

3.  Steam the mussels until they are open and firm, about 15 minutes.

4.  Remove and top with bleu cheese crumbles.  Serve.
